The Medical Protection Society enjoy our Rapid Team Building Programme

A team from The Medical Protection Society enjoyed a day of team building at Grange Farm this week.

The team, split between offices in London, Leeds and Edinburgh needed a venue that was conveniently accessible from all offices. Grange Farm was selected for its easily accessible location and diverse range of activities.

The group began their day with a three hour session of our Rapid team Building Programme. The group, split into smaller teams, were competing against one another through a series of short, faced paced team building and skills activities.

The afternoon session was slightly less formal and saw all teams take part in our archery and blindfold driving activities.

The group then headed back into Peterborough for an overnight stay and meeting.
